Mrs Gbemi Olowolafe

Gbemi Olowolafe has a heart for children and has worked with the younger generation all her life. With degrees both at graduate and post-graduate levels from the University of Ilorin, and later on a PGDE from the University of Leicester, UK,  she started her career in Education teaching at secondary school level, moved to lecturing at the Lagos State University for ten years and then back to secondary school teaching when she moved to the U.K.

She has since moved back to Nigeria. She is a member and a minister of the Redeemed Christian Church of God ( RCCG ) and teaches in the children and teenage church at the Olive Tree Parish. She fervently believes that as adults, we have the great responsibility of investing maximally in our children as they are our future, in terms of their physical and spiritual well-being as well as of their education.

She has undertaken courses in Community Advocacy, Autism In children, and Christian Counselling at various times in order to enhance her effectiveness in her roles as a mother to many and as a children's teacher.

She is happily married with 3 children and a grandson.
